As one of the first companies to manufacture silicone wristbands, Reminderband® pounced on the market in 2004 with explosive growth. As their sales quickly outpaced their website and order management system, the space also became crowded with other companies seeking to capitalize on the wristband phenomenon, often with an inferior product and sub-par service.

[THEY] innovated a fresh brand approach and entirely new ordering system, giving customers a clean website and simple ordering process for the first time in the industry. A new order management system was built in conjunction with the new site to streamline Reminderband's manufacturing process. [THEY] also helped launch Reminderband Causes, a campaign to help drive awareness to important causes each week. The campaign was a great way to give back and allowed Reminderband to show-off new products and stellar service.
